1 General Provisions

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• The maximum single deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days to process.
• You must use the correct reference number when making a deposit; otherwise, crediting may be delayed.

Ddbet does not charge any deposit fees. However, payment providers may apply their own charges, which are the user's responsibility. If unusual or suspicious deposit activity is detected, ddbet reserves the right to suspend the transaction pending investigation.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours.

• The required wagering conditions must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on ddbet:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may settle a bet early using the Early Cashout feature.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets may be voided.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, a disconnection may cause a bet to be cancelled before it is confirmed.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities for any advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Ddbet reserves the right to correct any errors in odds determination.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ddbet. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Depositing via money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity (multi-accounting).
• Placing opposing bets to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage betting).
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ddbet's systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users on the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ddbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide the required documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, ddbet will attempt to notify the user by email. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. The return of any remaining balance will be determined by ddbet based on the circumstances.
